Registration for the Beacon Conference on June 7, 2019, is free, but all invited participants, including Panel Presenters, Poster Session Presenters, Panel Judges, Faculty Mentors, Volunteers, and Steering Committee Members, must register by May 17.

Logistics and Accommodations
The conference will be held Friday, June 7, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., in the Lisa Scheller–Wayne Woodman Community Services Center at Lehigh Carbon Community College's Main Campus in Schnecksville, PA. LCCC provides directions and a campus map.
We currently are negotiating rates for blocks of rooms at nearby hotels and will post information here about how to reserve rooms at those rates as soon as that information is available.
Option 1: Accommodations are available at Holiday Inn Express Allentown North for $109.00. Option 2: Accommodations are available at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham. Please make reservations by phone: call 610-366-9422, ask for the "LCCC" block. King Suites and Queen Suites are available for $89.99, taxes not included.
Option 3: Accommodations are available at Holiday Inn: Allentown (I-78) in Fogelsville, PA, for $99.00, taxes not included. How to Register
Please review the list of links below. Click the link to the registration page that is appropriate for you. Please complete and submit the online registration form on that page by Friday, May 17.
Note that guests of participants do not have to register, but our registration forms ask for information about how many guests to expect. It is crucial that we have an accurate count of all attendees. If you plan to attend with a family member, for example, please enter the requested information in the form you submit. In addition, if your guest will join us for lunch, we need to know that in advance so that we can prepare to meet any special dietary needs.
